Additional attacks in Bolan and Kalat districts led to further casualties, including the destruction of a railway bridge and the killing of paramilitary officers and civilians.

These attacks highlight the ongoing violence in Baluchistan, Pakistan’s poorest province, where separatist militants have intensified their efforts against the Pakistani state and its perceived exploitation of the region’s resources.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif condemned the attacks, expressing deep grief over the loss of life. The surge in violence in Baluchistan comes amid broader instability in Pakistan, particularly in regions bordering Afghanistan.
