Actress Theresa Randle arrested for felony assault
Actress Theresa Randle, best known for her roles in films like Bad Boys and Space Jam, was arrested earlier this week in Los Angeles on felony assault charges, TMZ reports.
According to law enforcement sources, police were first called to an L.A.-area home on October 5 following an alleged assault. However, by the time officers arrived, Randle had already left the scene. Two days later, on October 7, police received another call from the same location regarding a possible domestic dispute and a potential violation of a restraining order.
When officers arrived for the second time, Randle was present and was subsequently arrested for felony assault in connection with the October 5 incident. Sources say the actress was reportedly uncooperative and agitated during the booking process.
However, when Randle appeared in court on October 9, the District Attorney’s office rejected the case, effectively dropping the charges against her.
Theresa Randle has enjoyed a long and successful acting career, with memorable roles in Beverly Hills Cop III, Space Jam, and the Bad Boys franchise. Her most recent film credit was in Bad Boys for Life in 2020.
