Lagos Shuts Down Cubana Chief Priest’s Restaurant Over Noise Pollution Issues
The Lagos State Government has sealed off a fast food eatery owned by socialite Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest.
Tokunbo Wahab, the environmental commissioner, revealed this in a post on X Sunday.
Mr Wahab stated that the restaurant was closed due to a failure to comply with many warnings given for noise pollution and other environmental issues.
Donald’s Fast Food is located on Adebayo Doherty Street in Lagos State’s Lekki Phase 1.“After several warnings and abatement notices, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency @LasepaOfficial sealed Donald’s Fast Food on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1 over noise pollution and other environmental infractions,” the commissioner wrote.
According to unconfirmed reports, Afrobeat star Davido was at the restaurant for its official opening on Saturday night.
