Laide Bakare bags honorary doctorate from US varsity

Nigerian actress and author Laide Bakare has achieved another milestone by receiving an honorary doctorate degree from the American University of Peace and Governance.

She shared the exciting news on her Instagram page, announcing that the ceremony will be held on November 30th at the University of Lagos.

Laide Bakare thanked Dr Jonathan Ojadah for the nomination and expressed her gratitude for the honor.

She wrote:

“It is with great pleasure that I acknowledge this remarkable Honor to be bestowed on me by the American University of Peace and Governance (AUPG), USA www.aupgedu.us for an Honorary Doctorate during the DOCTORAL FELLOW INVESTITURE Ceremony scheduled to take place at the University Of Lagos (UNILAG) on the 30th Of November, 2024.
