Moses Simon on the Scoresheet in Nantes Win Against Auxerre
Moses Simon scored his first goal of the season as Nantes secured a 2-0 win over Auxerre.
The Nigerian winger started the match and put Nantes ahead in the 14th minute with a well-placed shot from inside the box.
He was on the pitch for 78 minutes before being substituted for Egypt’s Mostafa Mohamed.
Nantes sealed the victory with a stoppage-time goal from Baherba Guirassy, giving the Canaries their first league win of the season.
They had previously drawn 0-0 with Toulouse in their opening match, leaving them with 4 points in two games.
However, it wasn’t a favorable result for Gabriel Osho who played the full 90 minutes for Auxerre.
