‘The View’s Ana Navarro Defends CNN Colleague Kaitlan Collins After Megyn Kelly Attacks

Ana Navarro is not only a co-host of The View but also a political analyst on CNN, and she’s stepping up to defend her colleague Kaitlan Collins from Megyn Kelly‘s attacks.

In a new social media post, Navarro cited an online report where the former Fox News host calls Collins a “cold-hearted b***” and claimed she’s “boring with no personality.”

“[Kelly] is attacking [Collins] and offering her ‘pro-tips’ on how to act on TV,” Navarro wrote on an Instagram post. “That’s funny. Kaitlin is the host of a nightly, prime-time show. Megyn Kelly is not.”

She continued, “NBC paid-out her contract to the tune of many tens of millions of dollars, just to get rid of her, because her show was such a dismal failure. Attacks by certain people should be viewed as a badge of honor. This is one.”

Navarro referred to Kelly’s infamous firing from the Today show in 2018 for defending blackface Halloween costumes. NBC and Kelly reached an agreement shortly after, and it was reported at the time that the TV host “reaped all of the remaining millions on her $69 million dollar three-year contract.”

Kelly’s comments about Collins were made about the CNN host defending her network as “fair.”

“I will submit to the record, her biggest sin is not that she is biased, though she is. It’s that she’s boring. She’s extremely boring with no personality,” Kelly said on her SiriusXM show on Tuesday. “I have a pro tip for her: Smile. Try smiling. Try not to be in your delivery like such a cold-hearted b*** all the time, because it gives people nothing to bond to.”
